Where we deliver:

We currently only deliver inside the United Kingdom. If you would like an item to be posted outside of this area, please contact us to discuss the available options.

Delivery costs:

Delivery for certain items is free and are posted first class through Royal Mail. Items requiring additional packaging will be posted using Royal Mail postage service.

Delivery time:

Items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of your payment being successfully processed. If we have run out of the items you have ordered, delivery may take up to 21 days to allow us time to restock. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil an order, you will be offered a full refund.

Returns:

If you are unhappy with any of your items, please contact us to explain why you are unhappy. If an item is damaged through our error, we will require proof of the damage and a replacement item will be sent to you. Please do not return items until we have agreed that this is necessary to save you any unnecessary postage costs.

If an item does need to be returned, it must be received by us within 14 days of you receiving the item.

Personalised items:

If you buy a personalised item from our online shop, please enter the details you require prior to adding the item to your shopping cart.

If you forget to enter the details after having completed your order, please contact us to confirm your requirements, alternatively we may contact you.

As there is limited space for writing available on certain items, restrictions apply.

We reserve the right to refuse to process orders judged by us to have obscene or abusive content.
